If you pay attention to your grip as it is now, it maybe a bit too tight as you are swinging the club, It might pay to loosen it a little during the swing. This could be the reason for the hook. During your stance, have the ball placed a little further from your body. In most cases golfers who slice usually play the stroke into their body which causes them to use too much bottom hand creating an outside in swing motion.
